Wilson & Company’s Kansas City, MO office is seeking a Roadway EIT with experience in the design of transportation infrastructure, notably streets, highways, and interstates.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerform roadway design and modeling utilizing Open Roads Designer. Work with experienced designers and project managers as well as collaborating with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects. Primarily work on projects in Missouri with opportunities to support regional projects. Efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients.
Preferred Experience- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Engineer‑In‑Training (E.I.T.) certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 0 – 3 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state and/or federal regulations.
- Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians.
- Experience in CADD design software.
Annual Salary range: $79,000 - $135,000
