Site Development Lead

SE3 is a growing civil engineer firm that is committed to great quality and serving the needs of our clients. Started in 2004, we have grown to approximately 80 employees spread out over 6 offices including Kansas City, Chicago, St. Louis, Dallas, Austin and El Paso.

We have a great opportunity to grow our site development group through long time clients and newly acquired opportunities. We have several local and national clients that are building stores across the country and in the States of Missouri and Kansas. We are looking to grow the number of clients and opportunities in the Kansas City area, across the Region and beyond.

Specifically, the position that we are looking for is a Senior Project Manager/Team Leader for our Site Civil Group. This candidate will have the following experience and capabilities:

• 10-20+ years of experience in site development engineering
• Ability to direct and train junior staff
• Manage clients and their projects
• Understand each project's approval process
• Ability to design efficient layouts for our clients and assist them through the entitlement process
• Have either a proven track record of business development or a great desire to grow and learn those abilities

Qualifications Include:

• A Missouri PE or ability to quickly obtain is mandatory
• Significant experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience in hydrology and site development
• B.S. in Civil Engineering
