We're seeking a Substation Engineer to support high-voltage infrastructure projects that strengthen grid reliability, expand system capacity, and connect essential energy assets. What You'll Do

+ Design high-voltage substations for transmission and distribution applications.

+ Develop site layouts, equipment arrangements, engineering drawings, and supporting calculations for both greenfield and brownfield projects.

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams, and clients to support projects from early-stage engineering through construction and commissioning.

+ Contribute to substation solutions serving utilities, renewable energy integration, and other mission-critical infrastructure.

+ Participate in design reviews, resolve technical issues, and support ongoing improvement of engineering standards, tools, and processes.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

+ Experience in substation engineering, utility design, or power systems projects.

+ Working knowledge of high-voltage systems, substation physical design, and equipment arrangements.

+ Familiarity with protection and control principles.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
