Sr. Project Manager - Water Resources

We're partnering with a well-established, employee‑owned engineering firm to identify a Water/Wastewater Project Manager for their growing Kansas City team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys managing municipal infrastructure projects while building long‑term client relationships and supporting business growth.

• Develop and grow relationships with municipal clients, agencies, and industry partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water/wastewater market
• Provide executive oversight of project scope, schedule, budgets, and client satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and project management staff
• Partner with internal teams to support business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (PE preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater consulting or municipal engineering
• Proven success developing client relationships and winning new business
• Experience leading teams and managing project financial performance
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills
