CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Kansas City is hiring a Senior Building Engineer to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems on a 70K sq ft campus. You will perform repairs, monitor operations, and guide teams with autonomy.
Hours typically 7:00 am–3:30 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday with rare on-call after hours. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance with UL and local regulations.
