Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4–10 years of experience in Water/Wastewater engineering in Kansas City.
The role encompasses production management, project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management.
Essential Job Functions- Work independently while collaborating with team members.
- Contact and visit clients for business development and marketing, including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars.
- Demonstrate a high degree of intrapersonal and communication skills.
- Apply proven teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
- Manage and develop business client relationships.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or Water Resources.
- 4+ years of experience.
- PE License required
- Experience with plan production (AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microstation) and InRoads.
- Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations and technical report writing is a plus.
- Experience producing water/wastewater projects and rail/transportation infrastructure projects.
$79,000 – $135,000.
