Midland Radio Corporation is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Engineering Manager will lead and mentor a team of engineers, oversee project planning and execution, and ensure successful design and integration of software and hardware solutions. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional engineering projects, providing technical direction, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to inspire and guide a cross-functional team.
- Strong background in Software Development, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing software solutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management to drive timelines, allocate resources, and meet deliverables efficiently.
- Experience with System Integration to ensure seamless collaboration between hardware and software components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with communication technologies or the electronics industry is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
