Ford Motor Company is seeking a Maintenance/Engineering Leader to drive safety, quality, and production efficiency in a manufacturing setting. You will manage maintenance programs, lead root-cause analysis, and coordinate resources to beat budgets and schedules.
The role requires 5+ years in maintenance/engineering, strong leadership, and experience with Ford Production System and Six Sigma. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.
