Senior Group Manager – Insulation

• Manage a multidisciplined team of engineers
• Promote and support the technical sale cycle of Alkegen Industrial solutions products
• Advise customers through technical excellence of our products
• Lead testing excellence and maintain testing standards
• Use data to build strong models and generate sales collateral
• Mentor team members and develop succession plans
• Collaborate with other application engineering groups for continuous improvements
• Support sales activities and ensure communication standards with customers

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• 5-8 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Experience in High Temperature Insulation field
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, design processes, and industry standards
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
• Proficient in engineering software and project management tools

Demonstrates expertise in managing multidisciplined engineering teams while promoting technical sales and ensuring high standards in testing and project management. Proficient in utilizing data for model building and sales collateral generation, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and industry standards.
