Wilson & Company’s Kansas City Office is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer looking to take the next step in their career to lead a team to deliver a variety of street, highway, and interstate projects across the state of Missouri and the Midwest, assisting to win new projects, and growing the transportation group by managing the career growth of direct reports.
You will work closely with clients, project managers, and support staff to execute work and ensure the successful completion of projects. You will have the full support of senior staff to guide your growth and promote success.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Licensed engineer in the state of Missouri
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the design of streets and highways
- Proficiency with Microstation/Open Roads
- Knowledge of and experienced with federal, state and local regulations that pertain to the design of street and/or highway projects
- Experience mentoring less experienced staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 8+ years of experience
- Specific experience executing projects for MoDOT
- Established client relationships
- Experience contracting on MoDOT projects
Annual Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
