A leading engineering firm is looking for a Bridge Engineering Department Manager in Kansas City. You will manage and grow a local structural design team while collaborating with a strong regional practice. Key responsibilities include leading design tasks, maintaining project scopes, and mentoring staff. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of structural engineering experience, particularly in bridge design, and holds a relevant degree and P.E. registration in Kansas and/or Missouri.
