Qualifications:

* - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil engineering fields
- Proficient in using Micro Station Open Roads and/or Auto Desk Civil 3D

- Experience with HECRAS, HECHMS, and/or Innovyze Modeling Products
- Familiar with design standards such as AASHTO, MUTCD, WEF, APWA, and AWWA
- Strong grasp of engineering principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator at all organizational levels
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
