Process Engineer

• Improve manufacturing quality and efficiency using data-driven, cross-functional approaches
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs and implement risk-reduction actions
• Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for new products
• Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for processes and equipment
• Design fixturing to reduce risk and improve quality
• Create and maintain detailed work instructions
• Support production in resolving issues and preventing recurrence
• Implement LEAN principles to reduce waste
• Support capital equipment selection, qualification, and implementation
• Write and execute Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols
• Apply IPC-A-610 requirements for acceptability of electronic assemblies
• Train production operators as needed
• Support customer corrective actions
• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned processes/equipment

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of PCBAs and electronic component packages
• Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
• IPC-A-610 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
