Join a collaborative and growing MEP engineering team as a Mechanical Engineer/Designer
, where you’ll serve as a technical leader on exciting projects across commercial, retail, residential, education, and entertainment sectors. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex mechanical designs, mentor engineers, work directly with clients, and help shape the technical direction of the team.

• Lead mechanical design and engineering efforts from concept through completion.
• Design HVAC systems, perform system analysis, select equipment, and complete energy compliance documentation.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and technical work for quality and accuracy.
• Interpret and apply local building codes, utility requirements, and client standards.
• Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, BIM, and project management teams.
• Serve as a technical resource for clients and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to process improvements, technical development, and continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Architectural, or Construction Engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant experience
  ; 8+ preferred.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and mechanical system design.
• Understanding of how mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems integrate.
• PE license preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
