MEP Project Manager

Project Manager – MEP Engineering | Kansas City, MO

Join a dynamic and diverse MEP engineering team where you’ll lead high-impact projects across retail, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, industrial, mixed-use, and entertainment spaces. This is an opportunity to take ownership of project direction, client relationships, team leadership, budgets, and schedules while working on innovative and sustainable building designs.

• Lead MEP projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
• Manage client, owner, contractor, and consultant relationships while providing exceptional communication and service.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, contracts, invoicing, and scope changes.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Support proposals, contract negotiations, and business development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant MEP experience
  , including 3+ years of project management experience
  .
• Experience with commercial, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
  .
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and client-management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
