  • Assist with ensuring mechanical systems are installed in accordance with design intent, project specifications, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support schedule alignment and project execution milestones.
  • Participate in site walks, progress meetings, commissioning coordination, and issue resolution activities.
  • Support communication between external design consultants and construction teams to maintain project continuity throughout delivery.
  • Contribute to project reporting, documentation management, and technical coordination activities across the development lifecycle.
Core Skills

  • Experience supporting construction administration, field coordination, or onsite project delivery activities.
  • Ability to coordinate between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholder groups in fast-paced construction environments.
  • Familiarity with hyperscale data center mechanical infrastructure including HVAC, cooling systems, controls, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across
  • project teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active construction projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve technical and coordination challenges onsite.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience within mechanical engineering, consulting engineering, construction administration, or mission-critical project delivery environments.
  • Background in mechanical design engineering, field engineering, owner’s representation, or construction support services.
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, semiconductor, laboratory, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred.
  • Data center experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with complex mechanical systems and construction sequencing within highly technical environments.
