Clear Global Solutions, LLC (CGS) is seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to support environmental health and safety programs at federal facilities in Kansas City and other assigned locations.

In this role, you will serve as a technical resource for industrial hygiene, occupational health, and environmental compliance. You will conduct field investigations, evaluate environmental hazards, interpret sampling results, and recommend practical solutions that protect employees, contractors, and building occupants.

• Conduct industrial hygiene inspections, environmental assessments, exposure evaluations, compliance reviews, and incident investigations.
• Evaluate potential hazards involving asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, radon, mold, moisture intrusion, drinking water, PCBs, and other environmental concerns.
• Develop sampling strategies and collect environmental and occupational exposure samples.
• Interpret laboratory results, document findings, and recommend corrective actions and risk-control measures.
• Support environmental health and safety requirements for construction, renovation, maintenance, remediation, and abatement projects.
• Review asbestos, lead, mold, mitigation, remediation, and abatement work plans and reports for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop Statements of Work, Independent Government Estimates, scopes, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Provide technical oversight for environmental and industrial hygiene contracts.
• Review contractor proposals, invoices, reports, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with facility personnel, project managers, contractors, laboratories, and government stakeholders.
• Respond to environmental health and industrial hygiene incidents and provide technical guidance during investigations and response activities.
• Deliver training and technical guidance to facility managers, project managers, asset managers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Maintain accurate sampling data, inspection records, compliance reports, and project documentation.
• Travel to assigned federal facilities for inspections, assessments, project support, and incident response.

• Bachelor of Science degree in industrial hygiene, occupational health, environmental science, chemistry, biology, engineering, or a related scientific field.
• At least eight years of progressively responsible experience in industrial hygiene, occupational health, environmental health and safety, or a related field.
• Experience conducting environmental assessments, facility inspections, exposure investigations, sampling activities, and compliance reviews.
• Experience managing or coordinating industrial hygiene or environmental health projects.
• Working knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, and industry standards.
• Current Asbestos Building Inspector certification or accreditation recognized by the applicable jurisdiction.
