Our client is seeking a CAD Drafter in Kansas City, MO for an exciting direct hire role. Candidates need an Associate degree in CAD or technical discipline with 2-3 years of experience to interpret blueprints and perform structural calculations.

Responsibilities- Create steel erection, approval, permit, and anchor rod drawings in accordance with project specifications.
- Detail building parts and produce fabrication drawings from engineering designs and project notes.
- Perform mathematical calculations using algebra and trigonometry to ensure accurate project detailing.
- Edit and upload component data into the manufacturing system for release to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain schedules.
