Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team. Our organization is committed to delivering exceptional experiences at a wide variety of events, from corporate gatherings to social celebrations. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every aspect of the event runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and teardown of events including arranging furniture and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
  • Support event managers in executing event plans and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Handle registration and ticketing processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and coworkers effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, depending on event scheduling.
  • Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed during setup and breakdown.
