KC's retail and experiential event scene is thriving right now. Fountaine Collective is building some of the most impactful brand activations in the city, and we need someone who can execute flawlessly while staying connected to what makes Kansas City special. You'll be the person making these events actually happen.

• Plan and execute retail events from setup to completion
• Coordinate logistics - timing, setup, breakdown, materials
• Create memorable customer experiences at each activation
• Engage customers and drive sales
• Build relationships with venue partners and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot on the fly and keep events running smoothly
• Gather feedback and identify what's working
• Collaborate with leadership on event strategy and optimization
• Document and analyze event performance metrics
• Represent Fountaine Collective professionally at every activation
