Financial Analyst
We are seeking an Investor & Operations Associate to support the ongoing operations of our private real estate capital markets platform. This role will work closely with senior leadership to manage investor relations, fund operations, reporting, and coordination with third-party service providers across our private investment vehicles.
The position is designed for a detail-oriented professional with experience in private real estate and/or alternative investments who can operate independently, communicate effectively with investors and their teams, and help ensure consistent execution of capital markets and fund operations.
Support investor onboarding, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and ongoing investor inquiries.
Serve as an operational point of contact for investors and their supporting staff.
Coordinate activities with the firm’s fund administrator (currently Juniper Square).
Oversee investor reporting, statements, and coordination of tax documents (K-1s).
Ensure accurate and consistency across subscription agreements, LP agreements, side letters, and other supporting documents.
Support compliance and regulatory processes related to private funds and sponsor activities.
Support capital markets efforts by assisting with data rooms, diligence materials, and fund closings.
Help maintain and improve internal processes, systems, and workflows supporting investor relations and fund operations.
Requirements4 – 7+ years of experience in private real estate, alternative investments, private equity, or investment management.
Hands-on experience with private investment funds and investor onboarding processes.
Working knowledge of SEC and FINRA considerations applicable to private placements.
Experience working with fund administrators.
Familiarity with investor reporting, capital accounts, and tax reporting processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional communication skills suitable for private wealth firms, family offices, high-net-worth individuals.
Exposure to RIA and private wealth environments.
Familiarity with custodians, transfer agents, and other relevant third-party service providers.
Experience contributing to scalable investor relations or fund operations functions.
