We’re looking for a Wire Operations Specialist II to join our Deposit Operations team and play a critical role in keeping money moving securely, accurately, and efficiently for our customers. • Perform daily wire operations at an expert level, with the ability to cover all Wire Operations desks
• Verify domestic and international wire transfers through correspondent bank portals as part of a dual-control process
• Support customers by handling inquiries in a Call Center environment with professionalism and care
• Process daily operational reports and manage items within the core processing system
• Partner closely with the Corporate Finance team on general ledger entries and Federal Reserve G/L activity
• Assist with Right to Financial Privacy requests, including summons and subpoenas
• Contribute to department projects, audits, and research requests
• Ensure all work aligns with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls
• Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by the Wire Operations Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of back-office banking experience
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Prior wire operations experience at a financial institution
• Excel experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A customer-first mindset
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
