Senior Financial Analyst

This role focuses on overseeing shared services and overhead spend, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and financial analysis. The position partners closely with finance, procurement, and senior leaders to ensure accurate reporting, strong cost controls, and clear visibility into spend across the organization.

• Lead the development, tracking, and management of shared services and overhead budgets
• Prepare regular reporting on actuals, forecasts, and variances, providing insights and recommendations
• Implement and maintain cost allocation and rebilling processes to ensure accurate expense distribution
• Review and approve invoices, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and budget expectations
• Analyze spend trends and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization
• Establish and maintain financial controls, approval workflows, and cost management policies
• Support project costing, financial projections, and ROI analysis
• Partner with procurement and finance teams to strengthen procure-to-pay processes
• Assist with audits and provide ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership

• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or cost management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills required; dashboarding tools (Power BI or similar) a plus
• Experience with corporate overhead, IT spend, or shared services environments preferred
• Background in professional services or complex revenue environments a plus
