Staff Accountant - Revenue

Bell & Associates has been engaged to find our client their next Staff Accountant – Revenue. The Staff Accountant is responsible for timely and accurate setup of client contracts, including annual renewals in Salesforce and Sage Intact, to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely billings occur in the proper month (invoiced by the billing team). Will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and deployment of policies and procedures, as well as streamlining current contract setup processes.

Will build hands‑on experience in revenue and contracts accounting while contributing to a fast‑growing healthcare technology company.

• Review and analyze customer contracts for processing in Salesforce (CRM tool) and Sage Intact (General Ledger)
• Prepare ASC
  606 revenue allocations, as assigned
• Prepare and timely distribute annual renewal quotes to customers
• Prepare a report of pricing escalators and product termination by customer for internal review monthly
• Support the monthly revenue forecast process as needed
• Streamline revenue workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure operations meet project deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or another related field
• 3+ years of contracting or revenue management experience, preferably within a SaaS company
• Extensive experience in mid‑range ERP systems (Sage-Intacct, Net Suite, etc…)
• Knowledge of customer contractual arrangements
• Contract to Cash experience
• Work well in a cross‑functional matrix environment
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment
• Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to solve complex issues
• Works well in a team environment
