We’re seeking an Advisor Support Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for financial advisors and investment professionals supporting donor-advised funds and advisor-managed portfolios. In this role, you’ll be a key connector between advisors, donors, and internal teams. Ensuring information flows accurately, processes run efficiently, and service remains consistently high-quality.

In this role, you will:

• Support advisors and investment professionals by addressing questions related to investment portfolios, account activity, and donor-advised fund contributions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors through clear, professional communication.
• Prepare donor and agency fund reports with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
• Maintain data integrity by accurately updating investment portfolio information within databases.
• Coordinate the processing of stock gifts, including security sales and custodian transfers.
• Ensure investment performance and returns are accurate across pooled portfolios.
• Oversee cash and asset movements between custodians, investment managers, and internal accounts.
• Manage and route investment-related inquiries through a shared team inbox.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
• Cross-train on key investment operations and provide backup support during peak periods.
