Job Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and accrue entries for salaries, interest, taxes, and other accounts.
  • Perform monthly closing checks.
  • Handle tax filings.
  • Audit the company's full set of accounts (including accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, inventory, fixed assets, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, along with management analysis reports, and report the company's operational status & financial results to senior leadership.
  • Be responsible for providing compliance suggestions and oversight regarding the company's finance and business operations, ensuring robust internal controls and risk management.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between subordinates and senior leadership; among different internal departments; between the company and its agents; and between the company and government departments.
  • Submit statutory documents such as AOC-4 (Financial Statements) and MGT-7 (Director's Report) to government authorities on time.
  • Handle the calculation, filing, and management of all taxes involved by the company, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Respond to inspections and audits conducted by government departments such as Customs, Taxation, and Administration for Industry and Commerce.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by senior leadership.
    • Job Requirements:
  • Possess extensive accounting knowledge, capable of independently completing full-cycle accounting processes. Holding a CA certificate is required.
  • Familiar with Indian tax regulations and international tax knowledge (familiarity with the China-India Double Taxation Agreement is a plus).
  • Proficient in systems such as Tally ERP 9/SAP.
  • Fluent in English as a working language; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Skilled in using data processing tools such as Excel and Power BI.
