Aboutthe Position
This position is based in St. Louis with a hybrid schedule—four days in the office, one day remote. You will not be tied to one branch or one advisor. Instead, you will serve as a high‑touch support resource for branch offices nationwide—stepping in where coverage is needed, answering complex procedural questions, and ensuring compliance standards are met remotely.

- Serve in a floating Financial Client Associate capacity, supporting multiple remote branch offices on an as‑needed basis. Duties include opening new accounts, processing ACH instructions, sending fed wires, preparing documents for client delivery, and monitoring branch compliance requirements.
- Respond to inbound emails and calls from branch offices regarding FCA coverage, procedural questions, and compliance processes.
- Complete various reports and administrative tasks assigned, including updates to Salesforce and NetX
360.
- You have at least five years of experience in a Financial Client Associate or equivalent role and know the business end‑to‑end.
- Series 7 & 66 required upon hire.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and NetX
360 (or similar brokerage platforms). - You have acute attention to detail and do not need repeated reminders to follow through.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
- You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment and know how to prioritize when multiple offices need you at once.
- You can identify issues before they escalate and know when to elevate and when to resolve independently.
- Open to travel to other offices as needed.
