The Boeing Company is in search of Entry-Level Accountants (Level
1) in Hazelwood, Missouri. As an Associate Accountant, you will play a key role in guiding critical business decisions and innovative solutions for the world’s leading aerospace company.

• Perform critical Accounts Receivable functions for Boeing’s government defense customers
• Ensure compliance and champion internal controls and procedures
• Analyze data and provide business insights to aid decision making by business and finance leaders
• Engage with the business to assess internal and external factors, their impact on business performance and to achieve organizational objectives
• Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Bachelors

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in Accounting or Finance
• Work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

• 1+ years of experience working with Accounts Receivable research
• Experience analyzing, interpreting, preparing, and reconciling financial information
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Summary pay range: $57,800 - $78,200
