About the Role
The Private Wealth Management team serves to manage, protect and grow. As a fiduciary, we deliver financial outcomes for our clients through team-based advice. We collaborate on holistic and personalized financial plans that turn goals into reality and provide peace of mind.
Responsibilities- Execute operational procedures accurately and promptly.
- Serve as the innovation representative, provide training, release management, and capture firm point‑of‑view to establish standardization.
- Act as liaison between front‑ and middle‑office functions and technology providers.
- Perform quality control, ensure a locked experience, and produce reporting.
- Track, maintain, and report on KPIs.
- Execute day‑to‑day transactions for assigned operational areas.
- Collaborate with Senior Associates to resolve complex operational issues and escalations.
- Ensure internal clients have a positive service experience that exceeds expectations.
- Build and maintain internal relationships to drive continuous improvement of processes.
- Leverage Private Wealth technologies to process transactions and deliver on responsibilities.
- Understand overall business needs and identify value‑added services and client/associate experiences.
- Review activities to ensure controls prevent errors, fraud, and omissions.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policy, operational policy and regulatory guidance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
- 3+ years of applicable experience within Financial Services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Systems thinking and complex problem‑solving ability.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Understanding of financial services operational best practices.
- Ability to balance client‑experience mindset with business risk control.
- Independent work ethic and collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability to changing information and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate complex and detailed information.
- General knowledge of new account opening, investments, client onboarding requirements and cash management.
- Exceptional written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. - Experience with UMB custody and clearing platforms (SEI, Fidelity Wealthscape).
- Experience with eMoney client portal and financial planning software.
- Experience with Workday, People Soft, Archer, Skillport, Hyperion, and Salesforce CRM software.
- Bonus:
Demonstrated client‑service experience within a wealth‑management institution. - Bonus:
Knowledge of Personal Trust, Custody, and Investment management service offerings and account types. - Bonus:
Working knowledge of complex account types. - Bonus:
Experience with a wide range of client situations and inquiries. - Bonus:
General knowledge of compliance rules and regulations within wealth management.
US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $54,220 - $79,020
US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $49,510 - $72,340
US Employees in all other states: $44,790 - $65,650.
Actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and job‑related factors.
