Consumer Loan Coordinator II

Overview

The Loan Administration team is part of the Middle Office and provides loan preparation and assistance for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. The team works with internal partners to ensure all loans are accurate, comply with UMB regulatory guidelines, and provide robust training and support.

• Partner with loan officers to coordinate processing of new loan requests, renewals and refinances of Consumer Real Estate loans.
• Coordinate the loan file and process loan documents delivered to the loan officer for execution while ensuring files conform to lending policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver all regulatory loan disclosures.
• Communicate with customers, staff, counsel, title companies, etc. to coordinate assigned closings.
• Ensure loan types conform to lending policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare final loan documentation for delivery to the loan officer.

• Minimum 2 years of consumer and real estate loan processing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

$41,060 - $59,760 for U.S. employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York; $37,490 - $54,700 for employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin; $33,920 - $49,650 for employees in all other states. Compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
