Hourly: $19.00 – $21.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This JobThe main purpose of this job is to execute the reconciliation of general to medium‑range accounting activities.
Essential Functions- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Execute the reconciliation of general to medium range accounting activities, including processes for multiple business line product offerings, General Ledger Accounts, house accounts, shadow accounts, position reconciliations and other banking activities.
- Ensure all aged items are researched and resolved effectively and efficiently according to the aged item parameters.
- Resolve general reconciliation issues to limit financial liability and exposure to the organization.
- Ensure all reconciliation processes meet procedural requirements.
- Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities to enhance reconciliation processes and procedures on various job functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- General knowledge of banking products and services.
- General knowledge of accounting functions.
- Intermediate analytical and problem‑solving skills to research and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to perform reconciliations effectively while being assessed on timeliness, accuracy, and proactive resolution of outstanding expectations.
- Motivated and organized self‑starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook.
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 2+ years of Financial Services Industry related experience preferred.
- Experience in account reconciliations preferred.
