** University Health is seeking an experienced and strategic financial leader to serve as
** Sr. Director of Finance Operations – BH**. This position provides financial leadership for University Health’s Behavioral Health division, with responsibility for optimizing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational excellence.

The Sr. Director will partner closely with the
** CFO, COO of BH, executive leadership, Finance, and operational teams
** to develop financial strategies, manage budgets, strengthen financial operations, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

This is an important leadership role for a finance professional who brings strong analytical expertise, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate financial insights into meaningful operational results.##
** What You’ll Do**## As the Sr. Director of Finance Operations – BH, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, strengthening operations, and helping drive the continued success of our Behavioral Health hospitals. You’ll partner with leaders across the organization to turn financial insights into meaningful action.* ##
** Drive financial strategy**:
