Finance Manager

📍(Hybrid/On-site) - 3 days onsite 2 remote

A growing organization is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. This role is responsible for delivering financial insights that influence strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-oriented, and comfortable partnering cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze performance trends, risks, and variances
• Prepare forecasts and financial insights for senior leadership
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to support operational and commercial initiatives

• Act as a strategic financial advisor to business unit leaders
• Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals

• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, tools, and analytics
• Support the development of FP&A capabilities and best practices
• Leverage financial systems and technology to enhance decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related role
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with non-financial leaders
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
