As a Financial Reporting Associate, you will play a meaningful role in supporting the financial reporting and analysis for the US L&H Reinsurance legal entities. • Prepare and compile high-quality financial information on a U.S. Statutory basis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines and review processes
• Support legal entity performance analysis, including variance analysis and trend monitoring to provide actionable insights to finance and business partners
• Assist with period-end close and reporting activities, maintaining accuracy and adherence to established controls and deadlines
• Execute assigned control activities and maintain thorough documentation within the financial reporting environment
• Contribute to the transformation of Finance by identifying process improvement opportunities and leveraging automation, AI-enabled solutions and modern technologies to increase efficiency, strengthen controls and streamline workflows
• Collaborate with internal partners and global finance teams to support a wide range of reporting and analytical requests

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, with exposure to U.S. Statutory accounting or insurance accounting being a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; genuine interest in learning reporting and automation tools
• Strong interest in leveraging modern technologies and AI to transform Finance processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively in a reporting environment
