The Relationship Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional member service and fostering strong, lasting relationships with Members of Mazuma Credit Union. This role centers on gaining a deep understanding of each Member’s financial needs and providing personalized guidance and solutions tailored to those needs. The Relationship Advisor will recommend appropriate credit union products and services, ensuring that all offerings align with the individual financial goals of each Member.

In addition to providing financial guidance, the Relationship Advisor processes a variety of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. The position plays a key part in supporting the success of the branch by working to achieve both individual and team sales and production goals, while maintaining strict adherence to all established credit union policies and procedures.

The Relationship Advisor may also perform the essential functions of a Relationship Builder within the branch, such as teller transaction processing.
