As a Finance Transformation Analyst, you will gain a broad perspective on how Finance operates and evolves within a global organization while contributing to initiatives that shape the future of Finance at Swiss Re. Working alongside Finance leaders, project teams, and process excellence professionals, you will support transformation initiatives that enhance processes, strengthen controls, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency across the business.

You will contribute to high-profile projects, collaborate with stakeholders across teams, and gain exposure to change management, process improvement, governance, and finance operations. Through these experiences, you will develop a strong foundation in project execution, stakeholder management, and transformation within a dynamic business environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support strategic Finance transformation initiatives that improve processes, controls, and operational effectiveness
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, track action items, and support issue resolution across multiple work streams
• Partner with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver key project milestones and objectives
• Document and analyze business processes, leveraging technology and innovative approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare updates, presentations, and communications for Finance leadership and senior stakeholders
• Support governance and reporting activities related to transformation programs and strategic initiatives
• Perform and monitor centralized internal controls that contribute to a strong risk and control environment
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive continuous improvement, process excellence, and innovation within Finance
• Apply data, digital tools, and emerging technologies to support process optimization and business decision-making
• Collaborate across teams and functions to build relationships, share knowledge, and support successful project outcomes
