A growing financial services organization is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Closer to join its expanding Commercial Real Estate and Construction Lending team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in commercial loan closing, loan documentation, title, legal document preparation, or commercial real estate lending who are looking to join a collaborative team with strong growth potential.

Hybrid schedule based on business needs, typically:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office
- Monday and Friday remote
- Prepare, review, and process commercial loan documentation
- Coordinate loan closings from initial documentation through funding
- Review title commitments, entity documents, tax certificates, flood certificates, and other due diligence items
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal lending requirements
- Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, lenders, and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful closings
- Prepare loan disbursements and assist with post-funding activities
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of loan documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Commercial loan closing, processing, funding, title, or legal document preparation experience
- Knowledge of commercial real estate and construction lending
- Experience reviewing loan documents, promissory notes, deeds of trust, guarantees, security agreements, and entity documentation
- Strong attention to detail and document review skills
- Experience with banking or lending software systems is a plus
- Commercial banking
