Input Finance Account Associate

This position may be based out of Kansas City, Missouri or Bloomington, Illinois.

The Cooperative Finance Association (CFA), the nation’s leading cooperatively owned provider of crop input finance products, is seeking an Input Finance Account Associate to support sales, account management, and the daily coordination of CFA’s Input Finance Program. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer service professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating loan activity, communicating clearly, and helping dealers and growers navigate a seamless financing experience.

• Support the Business Development team with sales coordination, customer onboarding, account management, and relationship retention.
• Assist dealers and growers throughout the customer journey by providing responsive service, clear communication, and timely follow-up.
• Learn the day-to-day credit oversight of input loans submitted by members, including application processing and coordination of approvals, denials, and marginal credit requests.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for ongoing account activity, questions, application issues, and problem resolution.
• Proactively communicate application and loan status to dealers, Certified Lenders, and member management teams.
• Prepare customer updates and reporting on active, pending, past-due, and subsidized loans, along with other Input Finance Program service matters.
• Train and support new and existing users, gather feedback, and help identify platform enhancements that improve the customer experience.
• Educate customers on digital tools and service options while supporting efficient, accurate, and professional processes.

LEVEL OF OPPORTUNITY

Entry Level: Associate’s degree preferred. 0–1 years of related experience in customer service, processing, data input.

Experienced:
Associate’s degree. 2-4 years of related experience in customer service, processing, data input, input finance, ag credit.

Travel:
Up to 10% day travel and up to 10% overnight travel.
