Position Details

Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing

• Schedule: Full Time;
  Days; 3x12 shifts
• Supportive environment where residents and staff are valued

Responsibilities

• In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Perform patient care and delegate patient care tasks.
• Supervise other patient care staff.
• Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients.
• Consult with other members of the health care team as indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency and abide by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Applicable
  
  Experience:
  
  Less than 1 year
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
• RN Credential - Various Associate Degree
