* * Retirement Village, you’ll provide confident, compassionate leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering home care services across government‑funded and private programs. You’ll balance clinical oversight, operational performance and people leadership — ensuring quality outcomes for clients while supporting and developing your team.
This is a full‑time leadership role based at
** Warriewood Brook**, working closely with clinical, village and operational teams.
With care and clarity, you will:
* Lead, coach and support Care Partners and Health & Wellness Coordinators Ensure care delivery aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards and individual client goals
* Oversee care planning, service delivery, documentation and compliance
* Manage client budgets, reporting, KPIs and workforce performance
* Monitor incidents, feedback and risk, ensuring timely resolution and learning
* Promote strong collaboration across clinical, village and operational teams
* Champion reablement, independence and client choice
* Foster a culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement
** What you’ll bring
** You are a capable, values‑driven care leader who can navigate complexity without losing sight of the person at the centre of care. You bring both structure and empathy — supporting teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes while maintaining strong compliance and performance.
*
* You will have:
*** A degree in Social Work, Human Services, Health Sciences, Nursing or a related discipline
* Demonstrated experience leading teams in aged care, community care or clinical services
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, care planning and compliance frameworks
* Proven ability to manage operational KPIs alongside compassionate care delivery
* Confident leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on coaching and development
* Ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships
* A current driver’s licence
** Highly desirable:
*** Qualification in Frontline Management or similar leadership training
