TBI provides a comprehensive approach to diagnosing and treating traumatic brain injuries (TBI), mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI), and post-concussion syndrome. Our testing protocols are validated by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) for post-TBI patients demonstrating cognitive symptoms or a history of head injury. In addition, we offer neurologist consultations, tailored treatment plans, psychological evaluations, in-home TBI treatment, on-site neuro rehabilitation/physical therapy, and life care planning services.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Medical Sales Representative based in Kansas City, Missouri. The Medical Sales Representative will establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals, promote Synapse

TBI’s diagnostic and treatment services, and identify opportunities to drive customer engagement. Responsibilities include meeting with healthcare providers, educating them on our TBI solutions, addressing inquiries, and achieving sales objectives through strategic planning and relationship building.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industries
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships
  • Knowledge of Medicine or Pharmacy practices to effectively discuss solutions with healthcare providers
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sales, Healthcare, or Business) is preferred
  • Prior experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous
