Summary
Completes psychiatric assessments and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans. Work community partners and facilities to coordinate services. Serve as a resource to ensure appropriate utilization of services.
ExperiencePreferred Behavioral Health Social Work.
Special SkillsBasic Computer Skills.
License/CERTRequired:
LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) within 2 years of hire.
Required:
Masters - Social Work (CSWE approved)
