Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Front Desk Specialist. The primary responsibility is to manage front desk operations, ensuring exceptional patient experience, and support administrative tasks in a busy healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls in a timely manner.
• Page physicians for in-patient hospital calls.
• Direct calls to appropriate office staff.
• Coordinate with Patient Advocate/New Patient Clinical staff on new patient processes.
• Prepare and update New Patient (NP) packets.
• Assist with scanning and patient call backs.
• Attend and actively participate in staff meetings.
• Travel as needed to cover other clinic locations 2-3 times per month.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel to other clinic locations 2-3 times per month (clinics are located in Independence, Lee's Summit, Shawnee Mission, and Harrisonville. Travel costs are reimbursed).
