Nursing Home Administrator

The Executive Director / Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overall facility operations, including strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and resident satisfaction.

• Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate resident-centered care
• Implement company policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards
• Drive census growth, customer satisfaction, and community engagement
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to department heads and interdisciplinary teams

• Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Missouri

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Healthcare Administration or related field preferred)
• Master’s degree preferred
