• Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Gastroenterology therapeutic area to drive product utilization
• Build strong relationships with Gastroenterologists, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups
• Collaborate with district colleagues and other teams to address customer needs and market dynamics
• Participate in industry-related congresses, local meetings, and medical conferences to support sales success
• Demonstrate advanced clinically-based selling skills to exceed sales performance goals

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree;
  Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications is a plus
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the Gastroenterology market or similar biologic specialty market
• Proven success in sales performance within complex markets
  
  Experience with in-servicing and training healthcare staff
• Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories

• Advanced understanding of disease states and treatment options in Gastroenterology
• Experience in working with large groups and institutional settings
• Proven results with product launches in a competitive market
