• Ensure optimal use of clinical staff to provide high-quality and cost-effective care
• Coordinate and prepare work schedules for nursing units in the Float Pool
• Collaborate with House Supervisors and Unit Managers to address staffing needs
• Monitor staffing and census levels, making adjustments as necessary
• Manage timecards and payroll for Float Pool staff

• Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in healthcare staffing or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in maintaining staffing information and reporting using Excel
• Strong communication skills to address staffing needs effectively
  
  Experience in managing timecards and payroll processes

• Experience working in a Float Pool or similar staffing environment
• Familiarity with patient staffing needs and healthcare regulations
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within healthcare
