Brighter Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! We provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and we are looking for professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.
About the RoleAs an RBT with us, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop functional skills, improve communication, and reduce challenging behaviors through individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate data during each therapy session
- Assist in identifying and developing individualized treatment goals
- Communicate progress updates to the treatment team
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor, especially when working with children
- Strong record-keeping and communication skills
- RBT certification required (or actively pursuing)
