Join Our Team at Lilac Center as a Licensed Therapist!A Licensed Mental Health Therapist with the Lilac Center provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

LicensedTherapist Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching DBT skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain an active caseload of approximately
26 clients per week; a minimum of 15 clients per week required - Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Compensation:
Earning potential: $60,000–$70,000 annually based on productivity model; paid bi-weekly (details below) - 401(k) retirement plan with employer match

Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license: LSCSW or LCPC in Kansas and/or Missouri
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Possess or be willing to learn DBT therapy
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference for DBT therapy knowledge, with training available for the right candidate.
