As a Flex Lobby Attendant with Blackwell, Inc., you'll be part of a professional steam that provides concierge-style service and security oversight at residential and commercial properties. This on-call position offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a positive impact - without the commitment of a full-time schedule.

Seeking Weekly Availability:
Any Shift


What You'll Do:
  • Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Monitor property access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
  • Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points.
  • Communicate effectively with property management and internal teams.
  • Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Support property operations and respond to issues as needed.
  • Fill in for scheduled shifts or emergency coverage shifts within a 25-mile district.
  • Other job duties assigned as needed.

    • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
    • Comfortable in fast-paced environments
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting writing
    • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
