The Bell Team Leader oversees bell team operations, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures, professional luggage handling, and seamless lobby experiences. This role supports the Front Office team by delivering personalized and engaging service, reflecting the vibrant and welcoming spirit of Andaz. The Bell Team Leader ensures every guest receives a warm, genuine welcome and efficient assistance throughout their stay while creating memorable first and last impressions.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Bell team to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Deliver warm, personalized service in line with the lifestyle hospitality experience of Andaz.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, room escorting, and provide information about hotel facilities and local experiences.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby environment while ensuring high service standards are consistently followed.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Bell Service, Concierge, or Front Office in a hotel environment; supervisory experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong guest service mindset with a friendly and professional personality.
